Descriptif
Vincent’s home can accommodate 1 to 4 people (+ a baby)
Ground floor:
Comprising a large living room with fireplace on the ground floor, you will enjoy a comfortable kitchen equipped with all contemporary appliances.
You can enjoy time with family or friends after the beach, a bike ride or an excursion to discover the heritage of the peninsula or the shores of the Gulf of Morbihan.
First floor:
2 bedrooms with panoramic views over the Bay of Vilaine, the islands of Houat and Hoëdic, La Turballe and even as far as Le Croisic on a clear day.
Outside:
The house opens onto a south-facing garden with a magnificent sea view. You’ll enjoy a space set aside for meals, lounging or an aperitif with friends.

Our prices include the rental of the accommodation, household linen, water, electricity and Wi-Fi access. And when you leave, all you have to do is tidy up and you’re all set!
All that remains to be paid in addition to the rental price is the tourist tax, which is payable to the local council. (3% of the price of the night.) The house is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are allowed in Vincent’s home.
Parties and birthdays are not permitted in the house, so you can relax and enjoy your stay.
A deposit of €500 is required on arrival by cheque or cash and will be returned no later than 8 days after your departure.
Rentals are exclusively on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday, so you can really make the most of your stay!
